You can book directly through our online booking system. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.
2. Do I need to bring my own hair?
No, standard synthetic hair in natural colors is included in the service. If you’d like premium blends, custom colors, or human hair, these can be added for an extra cost.
3. How much is the deposit and is it refundable?
A 50% deposit is required at booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
4. What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. Reschedules within 24 hours may require a new deposit.
5. How long will my braids last?
On average, braids last 6–8 weeks, depending on the style, hair type, and proper maintenance. Touch-ups can help extend their life.
6. Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes! We offer Touch-Up / Refresh services for edges and parts to help your style look new again.
7. How long do appointments take?
Most protective styles take 4–6 hours, depending on braid size, length, and style complexity.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a deposit loss.
9. Do you offer scalp treatments?
Yes! Our Scalp Therapy Add-On includes herbal steam and premium oils to soothe and nourish your scalp.
